Beginning on October 1, the ability to schedule recurring payments with an external account, card or via Express Pay will no longer be available.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why is there a convenience charge?
MFCU incurs expenses for processing loan payments from accounts at other financial institutions. Prior to this service, payments were processed manually by MFCU’s Member Support Center. The new self-serve option allows you to easily view your transaction history.
What are the charges?
The convenience charge for payments by phone is $10 per transaction. If you go into a branch to set up a recurring payment through ACH there is no charge. Click here to set up a recurring payment of your own.
How can I get around paying the convenience charge?
Payments made from a MFCU savings or checking accounts are free. Making MFCU your primary financial institution comes with many benefits. You can also set up a recurring ACH payment in person for no charge.
What do I need to make a payment?
To pay online, you’ll need your member number, primary member’s date of birth and the last four digits of Social Security number. To make a payment via MFCU’s Member Support Center, call 541-889-3149 or visit a branch during regular business hours, you’ll need your member number.
When will payments post?
Payments made after 7pm MST will be posted the next business.
Can I set up recurring payments online or on the phone?
A recurring payment can be set up, by you, here at no cost. Or, you can go to a branch to set up a recurring payment through ACH.
Can I payoff my loan online?
For payoff options please call the MFCU Member Support Center, 541-889-3149, or stop by one of our branches.
Why can’t I see my loan online?
Loans are searchable by the primary borrower’s information. You will not be able to see a loan if you are not listed as a borrower unless you have the information required to access that loan. Also, a loan must be in good standing to be accessed via the system.

You can make payments on mortgages, personal loans, auto loans, and lines of credit.
How will I know my transaction was successful?
You will receive an emailed confirmation letter.
What if I need to dispute a payment?
Please contact your external account’s financial institution.
